Parafraseando a este filósofo, me gustaría que reflexionaras sobre la percepción que cada uno de nosotros tiene de la realidad, más tarde te revelaré el porqué. También te preguntarás a quién va dirigida esta entrada, muy sencillo: a tí, a tí como padre, madre, familiar, profesor, amigo…En definitiva, desde a aquel que convive con alguien diagnosticado de TDAH, al lector que por el interés que despierta este trastorno también está dispuesto a descubrir el potencial existente.
Características positivas del TDAH
Seguro que muchas veces te habrás planteado la causa de algunas contradicciones que percibes a diario; cómo es posible que se olvide de apuntar las tareas en la agenda, pero sin embargo sea capaz de recordar todas las veces que ha habido un cambio de planes y la razón.
Uno de los aspectos que seguramente destaques sea la memoria. Son totalmente capaces de recordar datos que nadie esperaría, cómo el precio de su fruta favorita y aquella vez que no pudisteis ir al cine porque el trabajo requirió más tiempo.

Recordemos que con nosotros pueden desenvolver muchas de estas características desde ayudando a hacer la lista de la compra, hasta acompañarnos a hacer un recado dando un paseo, visitando lugares nuevos o simplemente viendo una película que a todos nos guste.
Es decir, ganaremos todos cuando encontremos un equilibrio entre lo que nos gusta hacer, nos ayude a mejorar y nos permita reflejar nuestro potencial.
¿Cómo se lo transmito?
Ahora que hemos reinterpretado algunas de las características y dado pinceladas sobre cómo potenciarlas, ¿qué hacer para meterles el gusanillo? Construyamos un autoconcepto realista, donde sepa en qué necesito mejorar, pero sobre todo lo que me hace destacar en positivo.

Para finalizar, me gustaría destacar que la heterogeneidad existente dentro de este espectro puede causar que muchas de las características las compartáis y os sintáis totalmente identificados, mientras que otras de ellas os puedan parecer menos familiares o encontréis más dificultad a la hora de buscarle el sentido práctico. Esto es parte de la realidad de este trastorno, donde es complejo encontrar el equilibrio entre las generalizaciones y puntos en común o los aspectos diferenciales.
Sin embargo, estoy segura de que todos podremos llegar a la misma conclusión: identifiquemos algo que se nos da genial en base a nuestras características, pero sobre todo disfrutemos el proceso, descubriendo nuevas potencialidades y manteniendo las de la vieja escuela. Seamos positivos.
